What is easier: write a letter to you best friend borrow money or to the loan officer at a bank? why

it's easier to ask your friend for a loan THOUGH not a wise decision. Friends who owe friends money don't usually stay friends very long. If you HAVE to have the $, ask for it.. Loans at the bank require good credit which would leave me out completely but I don't do business with friends.. They are too important to me
